All first blood tests are completed with a health advisor, who will provide all the relevant guidance, put you at ease and answer any questions that you may have.
When booking your next blood test, you will have the option to book a health advisor appointment or complete a self-guided test.
If your sample cannot be analysed by the lab, the re-test will require a health advisor appointment to guide you through the sample collection.
