Why couldn’t my results be processed?

There are a number of reasons why the sample couldn’t be analysed by the lab:

- Low Quality (Your blood has clotted or haemolysed)

- Insufficient ( Not enough blood was collected)

- Too Old (Your sample took too long to arrive at the lab)

If this occurs, we will notify you in the app and you will be prompted to rebook your test. The re-test will require a health advisor appointment to guide you through the sample collection.
