Sometimes a sample can’t be processed by the lab due to a few possible reasons:
The sample arrived too late: It may have taken too long to reach the lab.
There wasn’t enough blood collected: A minimum amount is needed to complete the test.
The quality of the sample was affected in transit: For example, the blood may have clotted.
If this happens, we’ll notify you in the app and you'll be prompted to reorder your test.
