There are a couple of reasons why your Health Score may not be visible yet:
- You need at least one test result – Your Health Score is based on your test results and health profile, so it will only appear once you’ve completed at least one Qured test.
- You may need to update your app – Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app to access this feature.
If you’ve completed a test and updated your app but still can’t see your score, please contact our support team via live chat.
