While this is rare, some GP surgeries do not accept patient emails. In that case, you may be able to upload your referral via an e-consultation form on your GP’s website, or alternatively, bring it with you to an in-person appointment.
In occasional cases, your GP may decide not to act on the referral — for example, if you’ve already had the recommended tests or investigations recently. If your GP declines the referral for any other reason, please get in touch with us via Live Chat in the Qured app and we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
