To ensure the lab receives a sufficient sample to be able to test for all relevant biomarkers, we advise to fill the vial to the widest section at the neck of the bottle.
If you have not been able to fill the vial to that section, we would still advise you to return your sample. However, if the lab is unable to test the sample you will receive a notification and you will need to re-test.
