I am running late for my appointment.

We allow you to join up to 5 minutes after your appointment time; however, if you are more than 5 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule. 

You can action this through your ‘Plan’ screen on the app, this will show a ‘Reschedule Appointment’ option where you can choose a suitable time.
