You should post your sample as soon as possible after taking your test.
In order to best preserve the quality of your sample, we advise taking your test at a time that will allow you to post it ahead of last collection for that particular day. This will ensure the lab receives your sample the next day.
We recommend posting your sample between Monday and early afternoon Friday to avoid delays within the postal service occurring over the weekend.
The Royal Mail link in your appointment reminder email will show you the last collection time for your postal area. This will ensure the lab receives your sample the next day.
