I can’t scan my returns label. Can I still post my sample?

If you are having trouble scanning your returns QR code, you can enter the Royal Mail barcode number located directly below the barcode. Alternatively, you can take note of this number and provide this to our team via the live chat function.

Please be assured you will still receive a notification when your results have been processed.
