Taking the test in the morning is important because many hormones, such as testosterone and cortisol, naturally peak early in the day.
Testing between 7:00 and 10:00 AM provides the most accurate and consistent results.
Testing later in the day can show artificially low levels, which might lead to inaccurate results or unnecessary concern. Morning testing also helps minimise the effects of food, exercise, and stress, all of which can alter hormone levels as the day goes on.
By testing under standardised conditions, we can better assess your health and track meaningful changes over time.
