On the 'Log in' page of the app, you will see 'Forgotten Password' on the top right-hand corner of the page. Please select this.
You will then be sent a verification code to the mobile number registered on your account. Please enter this on the verification screen. You will then be able to enter a new password.
Please ensure the new password contains at least eight characters and one number.
