What's the difference between pausing and deleting my account?

Pausing your account stops your participation in your current programme and turns off communications, but keeps your account and health records intact so you can return in the future.
Your account and health records are kept safe, and you can re-join a future programme when you're ready.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your access is disabled and and you will no longer be able to log in to the Qured app.
Your personal identifiers — including your name, email address, phone number and postal address — are removed from your account. Certain records, such as clinical notes, test results and audit data, are retained in pseudonymised form in accordance with healthcare, regulatory and legal obligations.
