How do I pause or delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and select Delete Account. From there, you'll be able to choose whether to pause your account or delete it permanently.


If you choose to delete your account, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm the request before anything is processed. Once confirmed, our team will take care of the rest and send you a final confirmation when it's complete.

In some cases, we may need to complete an outstanding step in your journey (such as attending your results appointment) before your account can be deleted. If this applies to you, our team will be in touch to explain the next steps.
