We’re sorry to hear your test kit hasn’t arrived in time for your appointment. Your test kit should arrive within 2-4 business days of ordering. Your tracking information will provide you with the estimated delivery date and time slot.

If there has been a delay to your test kit reaching you, you can reschedule your testing appointment from the ‘Plan’ tab of the app.
