If you feel confident in taking the test on your own and find it more convenient, yes you can perform the blood test by yourself. However, it is important to follow the steps below to ensure your test is correctly assigned to your profile and processed by the lab.
- Inform us before your appointment: Notify us prior to your scheduled appointment if you decide to take the test as self-guided. This will prevent your appointment being marked as a "No Show"
- Send us your information: Please provide us with your QR code (QD******) and tracking number found on the Royal Mail label. Please send us this information via Live Chat or by Email to "support@qured.com". We will add these details to your account to ensure your test is processed correctly.
- Follow the test instructions: Use the provided instructions to perform the test. Please note you will not be able to scan the QR code or the tracking number yourself.
